How many weeks post-op should you not expect twinges?

Hiya girls!

I know it can take quite a while for each boob to heal individually.. I was just wondering how many weeks post op people still experiences aches and twinges? I’m 7 weeks post-op and I’ve been really good, touch wood! Just today my right boob is really sore…. Hurts when I press down the side and quite uncomfortable. It feels okay, nice and squishy. I’m thinking maybe I slept funny. So any experiences would be great girls! xo
