how much do implants weigh?

am i right in thinking each 450cc silicone implant would weigh 1lbs? so thats 2lbs extra in weight? x

In my book with my implant info it says 445cc TRX and then 445g so I’m assuming whatever cc is what they are in grams :/ lol xx
