how much does it hurt???……

hello.. how much does it hurt afterwards? i have my op next sunday and would like to know what to expect pain wise.. what would you compare it to? .. also how long before you can move your arms properly again afterwards and do stuff ?… also how much looking after do you need afterwards as my partner and most of my friends work full time so wont be around during the day..any tips and advice would be great xxx

I wouldn’t say mine was painful at all except just after I came round from anaesthetic!just very tight and achy!took me a good week to do things like lift the kettle etc but as long as ur really careful for first week or so it gets easier and easier!
My only tip would be to put everything u may need for first few days at waist height and you should be fine xx

I have a family of jokers…do they hurt when you laugh and giggle a lot straight after?

Yep!laughing coughing and sneezing hurt for a while!xxx
