how much of the size do you loose after swelling??

hi there had overs weds one is really swollen other doesnt seem to bad just biggish and really hard..obviously high too i know has to drop do you think this one gonna loose much size do you think?? i know other boob got sum swelling to come down thats fair enough just wandering bout other..also how much do they drop?? xx
