How much time off sport?

Hi all,

I’m a 34aa looking at getting something around 380 or 410’s…

I’m obviously very nervous but excited about the whole process. I haven’t booked a date yet as I am wondering how long it will take to heal to a comfortable enough stage for me to get back into sport and swimming.
