How much time off????

Hi girls,

How much time off did you take off work for after ur op? Was it enough time?

Also how flexible r the choices of dates ur given? Im hoping if I can get a Fri Ill be able to take that day off & the next mon-fri and then be able to go back?? Will i be ok?!!?

i had 7 days off and was fine going back, i have quite a physically demanding job, just took my time when i went back xx

I’d say at least a week hun. Even though you will probably come out with full arm/ body movement, your tissues will need time to recover. Take as much time off as you can xx

thank u! i sit at a desk all day so work shouldnt be too hard just dot want to be uncomfortable all day!!
