How natural CAN they look?

Hello! I have my op next week (AHH!) and im having so many doubts.. ir eally really really dont like the fake look at all.. and Mr Singh assured me he would give me a natural look.. but how natural can they look?? I think im having overs, but 260cc so not big…what im worried about is that they will be rounded at the top.. does any1 have implants which arent rounded like this? im worried i wont be able to lie about having had a boob job haha im keeping it very secret xx

Hey Vanilla, I totally hear what you’re saying. I’m only just considering breast enlargement myself and having viewed so many websites and before and afters I know exactly what look I want and what look I don’t want – I too want to keep my op a secret!! Having a rounded top bust is what they call ‘high profile’ from what I’ve read, and if you’ve stressed this to your doctor I’m sure he will accommodate all your needs and requirements. A lot of the ladies on here have really praised the doctors about doing a good job on their breasts. If you’re still worried speak with your doctor again for reassurrance. I think what you’re after is low or moderate profile – but speak with your doc. I do not know what difference it makes with having implants under / over the muscle – does anyone else know? hi,i had 460 overs 4 weeks ago and i swear you would never know in a million years i had a boob job.i am shocked how real they look seriously.when you first have them done,they are a bit high and hard but mine settled after 2 weeks.they feel real and look real to the point where i am wondering if there really are implants in there lol.i was afraid of lookin fake also ans asked for them to be natural and they are deffo that.also i have read dat mr singe is gr8.i had mr mahdi and i have not one complaint.good luck,xx

thanks leonie thats reassuring! so is there a natural looking slope at the top.. for example if you were wearing a strapless top would u see round bits poking out the top if you know what i mean? sorry its my obsession of the hour haha it was stretch marks this morning..!!

hiya vanilla.. i know a few girls on here have said they HATE the fake look.. but when you first get them done they are ment to look pretty fake and they end up loving them coz they get so used to them then when they do drop they start to kinda in a way get disappointed but not too disapointed ov course as its better then what they had =] anyways what size are you hpin to be? im havin 460 high pro on friday im crappin it like im hopin thy arnt too big even tho i got such a big feelin they are guna be but mr k said that itl fill me out properly from when i had my little boy.. so im just guna take his advice i suppose hes the one that knows what he is doin eh.. anyways all the best for you hun xxx

hi vanilla i had 300cc overs,high profile with mr singh 2 weeks ago nearly he is fab and they dont look fake atal! i promise i am sooo happy with them in a sports bra you can hardly tell iv had them done! they are very versitile so when you can dress them up or down if that makes sense i was also very worried about looking to fake as I am only small framed but they really are just right for me and mr singh is just brill! but dont forget when you wake up they do look kinda big and fake when the swelling goes and they drop a bit they look much better i have pics on sofem but only 1 day post op my username is karleyg if you want to look pm me for password good luck hun xx

hi girlies i had 380cc partially under around 6 months ago and i swear they look sooo natural. they were high profile cause i wanted the volume i was a 32a/b and now im a 32dd/34dd/32e. sounds big but noone who wasnt looking closly before and after would realise.
