Im booked in for my first consultation on Friday. I have wanted bigger boobs for about 10 years and have now finally decided to go for it
Im excited but im just a bit nervous about the pain. So any ladies who have already had theirs done, how painful was it for you? Was it better/worse than you expected? Also im currently only a 34aa so what size implants would I need to take me to a D/DD?
Any advice greatly aapreciated
Hey Cherry…I honestly found it better than i thought! I had no real pain as such at all, just uncomfortable to move. Its hard to use your arms for a few days cos it feels weird more than anything!
I was a small 32b before and now a e/f with 340’s so you’d prob get to a d/dd with 340’s
Good luck at your consultation x
Hi cherry,I’m 12 days post op,I had uplift and implants and I can’t honestly say I havnt felt any real pain.I was uncomfortable and at about 6 days post op had sharp shooting pains in left boob (nurse said it was just nerves getting back to normal) I honestly thought I’d be bed bound in pain but I literally forget iv had them done because I’m in no pain. So please don’t worry about pain, everybody is different though but if you keep up with meds regualry yoy should be fine and it is 100% worth and pain/discomfort xxx
I had overs & I can’t believe how pain free it was. It hurt when I first woke up because I was shaking from the GA. And the tape hurt because it was too tight but after I took it off, I was fine. I didn’t take any painkillers after 2 days.
Unders are more painful because they have to cut the muscle, but some people that had unders said they had very little pain.
Fakes measure bigger than they look so remember to tell the surgeon you want to LOOK a d/dd, I think 410 or 460 will give you that x
Thanks Ladies, I’ve had two babies so im hoping it cant be anymore painful than that
lol. The fact that none of you have said that it was unbareably painful has made me feel much better :)xx
Thanks for the tip about saying I want to look a D/DD Belle…I will remember to say that at my consultation.x
Hi Cherry im 7 days post op, i had uplift and implants 320cc overs and i must admit i feel fantastic and i’d do it all again

Thanks
What size were you before and after if you dont mind me asking? xx
Hey Cherry, i had my BA 3 days ago, the only thing i have suffered with is my ribs ache, I had anatomical unders 400cc from a 34b x
i was 36b/34c hun i had 345 overs, not sure wat measure now but im wearing 36e sports bra n its bit tight at d moment, but only jus over 2wks post op xxxx
Thanks ladies, sammy34b- im glad to hear it wasnt too bad for you as I think I will probably have unders and i’ve heard they are ment to be more painful so hopefully it wont be too bad
xx
I think with any surgery you will experience some discomfort, but that depends on the individual, some people have a high pain threshold, some dont, personally I would say from having overs, the feelings I experienced post op were similar to the tightness I felt when when my breasts filled up with milk after giving birth, they ached, and felt heavy, but no major pain, but that was just my personal experience. It cant be that bad otherwise thousands of women wouldnt opt for the procedure everyday, all I can tell you is for me, the end results were worth it,and I would do it again tomorrow without a second thought,it was the best decision I have ever made in my life.xx
Thanks Tina. Hopefully I will be fine and like you say the end results will be worth it
xx
You will be fine honey,Im all excited for you,you will get so much support from the girls, whatever you decide we will all be here for you.xxx
Hey hun welcome I been wanting mine done for 10 years too having my op in early next year I am a 32aa having 460 unders that make me dd+ x
unders will be more painful than overs hun as the muscle needs to accomidate them. I had 300 unders (taking me from a 30A to an estimated 30D) last friday and am mainly feeling discomfort/restriction – no great pain to worry about! you dont have anything to stress over
so much easier than i imagined!
Thanks again folks I cant wait to have them done now
Debbie I think i will probably need 460 unders too as im a similar size to you and im hoping to be a DD if possible x
Good luck hun. I had my ba 7 days ago and its more discomfort than pain. Sure you will be fine. I am so glad i done it xx
Hi, I am 2.5 weeks post op and I have to admit I’ve found it very painful. I had uplift with implants and I can’t wait for the pain to get better. It goes to Show pain is such an individual thing Because I’ve had two kids and I found both my births very easy and much less painful than this!!!! I’m not trying to scare you off… I’m just saying that pain hits different people and in different ways!
The most important thing is that however much the pain hurts, your new assets will more than make up for it.
Don’t let pain put you off because you have no control how it will affect you but you can control whether you have fab boobs or not!!!
Good luck x
Deffo easier than child birth!!!! More uncomfortable than anything. You’ll feel fragile and a bit pathetic. You’ll feel frustrated and tetchy from not being able to shower and drive and hug your kids too much or do what you normally do. You’ll feel grouchy and tired from lack of sleep. But after around four weeks you will pretty much feel normal again as you will get decent sleeps and Lush baths and exercising again. Wearing nice bras at six weeks and by week seven ( that’s me!) you’ll feel soft natural boobs that are no longer boulders. Xxx
Hey I had 340 under 10wks ago from not very much breast tissue at all after having my little monkeys
I’m now a 30e/32dd.
I didn’t really, well didn’t have any pain. I found it felt like my milk was in n I wanted go express to get that pressure feeling away… but can’t
better than I thought it would be. Agree with Anchovie u’ll feel like u can’t do “normal” things for a while but that does soon pass n b4 u know it ur 10 wks down the line. If u r able have help for the first two wks to help with ya babies/ children so u can give ur self a good start to recovery. Do this again any day than child birth
I found I slept well with my v pillow n a normal pillow under my feet/ankles stopped me slipping down. Seamless cup sports bras r good too n slightly padded if they get really sensitive nipples Xx
I had 460 unders 15 weeks ago…I’m not gonna lie it was really painful for me for the first week, days 2-4 were the worst. I had to take meds constantly for until day 5/6. BUT..they are worth every single twinge!! Although painful for me, I would do it all over again in a heart beat
i would do it again too…i have 5 kids and would rather do this then give birth again that how painless it was hun xx
Thanks for all your replies ladies. Its seeming like most people dont have too much pain but there are a few that are not so lucky and find it very painful………heres hoping im one of the lucky ones! :)xx
Hey Cherry! I had my BA friday with mr singh at highgate, all went really well. But the next day I was sick and it really hurt my chest, an the sunday I felt so nauseas but they took me of the meds! And I feel much better – I am gettin twinges, and my ribs really hurt on one side! But I just think I am a complete wimp cos so many people are fine! I had 410 /380cc overs… I actually love them! And keep telling myself its got to be worth it! I was even winging about the needle in my hand lol! Until I fell asleep! I’m sure u will be fine , if a wimp like me can jus about cope u will
x x x x x good luck hun x
