how quick can you get a surgery date?

I have a consultation this week.. I’m wondering how soon I would be able to have the op. What’s the waiting time like?

Tell them asap.

I booked mine about a month before having it done, but the full amount will need to be paid like as soon as if you want it done soon.

Its meant to all be paid 6 weeks before the surgery x

i booked mine 1 week in a week i had consult pr op and the operation but there is blood test that need to come back in time like mrsa results mine wasnt back and my op nearly got cancelld x

I went for my first consultation on the Wednesday, I ended up seeing the surgeon too and the nurse for my pre op all on the same day and had my surgery 5 days later on the Monday! Can’t get much more last minute than that lol!

I deffo did not leave the house on the day of my consultation thinking I’d be coming home that same day having had all my consultations and pre op with my surgery booked for 5 days later lol! MYA were great xx

That sounds really good! Was kinda thinking i’d be waiting all summmer.. but hopefully they’ll let me know that i’ll be able to have it pretty soon! Thanks x

i went for consultation last wednesday (16th) and i said asap and she offered me the 1st of june!! they can fit you in pretty much that quick as long as you dont mind having any surgeon? although they had the surgeon i wanted 3 weeks later x x
