how quick !

Im new to all this and was hoping one of you lovely ladys can help !

I had my first consultation last monday and my op is on wednesday i’m
so nervous and wondered if anyone else has gone through the process this quick ?

dont get me wrong i’m excited and pleased but never expected it this fast x

I think its best way to be honest i havent had mine yet its end of april but the waiting is a nightmare cant think about anything else and got another 10 weeks of that. id get it done tommorow if i could!! xxx

i was exactly two weeks …. i booked before i even saw anyone ! had made up my mind wanted mya so on the wednesday booked consultation 4 the followin wednesday an then had op this wednesday …. exactly 14 days from start 2 finish ! stuck with what i first wanted which was 2 go from 34a to full 34c natural lookin, and mr aurakzai was fantastic ! got home yesterday an very happy. am in quite a lot of discomfort but definitely not as much as i thought i would b !!! x x x

wow ! after reading through thought i was the only one, what time did you go in ? and what time did you have op ? x

had 3 hr trip to manchester (door to door by mya taxi) admission time 12pm. i was last on the list so was done at 5 45 pm. slept on an off all night but still managed to enjoy a meal an pot of coffee. i was distcharged at around 12 the next day, home for just before 3. was back home all done before i knew it! because i was definite what i wanted it was better 4 me this way, an definitely no regrets !!! good luck emma …. you’ll b fine !!! let me know how u get on x x

quite a lot of waiting around it sounds like, I’m worried because i have to be there at 8am and cant think of anything worse then waiting i’m excited now
i’ll be un controlable by wednesday !!!

Hey,

Can anyone tell me how many times you actually have to go the hospital- I’ve got my consultation on Saturday and it’s in London which is quite far from where I live, so it works out quite expensive and time consuming!
Am I right in thinking you have to go for your consultation, then a medical check, then the actual operation, then return to have a one week check up and then a final 6 week check up? Or would there be more visits involved? Also when do all these things happen i.e. the timing etc?
I find it really difficult to get the time off of work so I’m just trying to forward plan!!
