how quickly can you get the op done from surgeon consultation?

my consultation is on 9th of march and really want them done asap! and am flexible when to get them done too. im also going to be paying monthly does that affect how soon i can get it?

Hi Jessica, I had mine done in less than 2 weeks from consultation, and you can get a discount with ‘late space’ so ask about this when you book if you are flexible! how are you paying monthly? is it with a finance company? if it is, it wont matter, they pay MYA and then you pay them back, if its the finance company with MYA, its still independant, so MYA already have their money (i think) x

Il be doing it with MYA hopefully paying the deposit then direct debit, my mums going to be my guarantor. just want it done as soon as ive been wanting it done for years and have finally decided to do it! so dont want to put it off any longer ! what area did you have yours done? x

hi, I think MYA use a finance company, so it will be the same as getting a loan…but check this out with them….they recommended I got a 0% credit card! and I got mine done at Preston hospital (near blackpool) xx

I was offered a date the following week, but I couldn’t take it because of uni commitments. It all depends on the availability of your surgeon xx

you get 12 months max with MYA….but you can get 15 months with an M&S credit card! x

and yes Jessica, you have your consultation to pick your surgeon and discuss sizes/look etc…then if you are happy you book and pay, then get your pre’-op….mine was only days after booking xx

oh thats great and yh mya are 0% finance over 12 months xx

I’m seeing the surgeon on Tuesday and I’m booked to have the ba on the 9th march. Don’t have my pre op date yet. I’m being done by mr Kazzazi at Doncaster. I can not wait! I’m like you, I’ve wanted it doing for years and now i finally can I want it doing NOW! Lol xx
