how soon after ba can u go on longhaul flight and b able to swim on hol etc??

havin op in april but gettin married abroad in march. am an impatient girl just wonderin if i wud b able to fit it in before i go i know the chances r prob slim, but just soooo eager lol xx

Hiya.. x I am having my surgery the 15th March and i asked Mr Traynor could i go in a swimmin pool and/or Jacuzzi at the end of May so near 10 weeks post op and he recommended no..

I was a little gutted as i have booked for myself and 5 of my friends a stunning villa in Cyprus girly holiday to celebrate my 40th and we have our own pool/jacuzzi..

Oh well, i dont want to risk getting an infection as pools and more so jacuzzi’s are full of nasty awful bacteria.. so for me i will be keeping just my toes in..
