how soon can do drive?

hello, i start uni in 2weeks will i be able to drive? does anyone no? xxxxx

You can drive after 7 days, but even then you will find 5th gear difficult.

Hi Jo they say 1 week with no driving, I drove 8 days after with a little bit of difficulty parking etc but nothing major by day 10 all was ok. Good luck take care x

hey jo im 4 days post op today and i drove me kids to school and was fine, spoke to pc and she said i shouldnt really but if im going to make sure the journey really short, school was only a few minutes away and would of walked but would of had problems gettin buggy through ice and snow so didnt really have much choice, think it depends on how your feeling and if you can move your arms without much pain, i also stopped takin painkillers so that i wasnt drowsy x x x x
