How soon can I exercise as due to go on hol 5 weeks post op!??

I’m due to have surgery in 3 weeks and go on hol 5 weeks post op. I go to the gym everyday so the thought of not going for ages especially before my holiday is freaking me out slightly. Also curious to know what they’ll look like on the beach in a bikini only 5 weeks after op!!??
