Pamkat – I’m like you – train hard every day and I am sooo worried about turning into a blob. I’ve got holiday booked at beginning of September and my uplift with implants is this Tuesday!!! Think I’m just going to have to be really strict and just do power walking on a steep incline at the gym. Really hope I can at least do that.
