How soon can I have my rhinoplasty?

Hi all!

I have been thinking about rhinoplasty for years now and finally have my first consultation at MYA in london on the 14th Feb.

Just wondering, could I be able to book the surgery asap if I have the full funds for the surgery? I’m a university student and unless I get it done at the beginning of easter (end of march, start of april – I know this is VERY soon) I know I will not get round to being able to get it done for another couple of years.

I’m able to pay for the whole procedure directly, does this benefit at all?
