Im 8 days post op and really feeling fed up and bloated, cant wait to go back to the gym. But im still struggling lifting things so i wouldnt have the strength for a good few weeks yet.
As i had unders and they have cut the chest muscle it will be even longer before i can do any toning exercises e.g. sit ups, push ups or anything with my arms/chest.
But i think i will have to start on the exercise bike and slowly build up from there. x
