only wore sports bra for 5 days then switched to compression camisole with hidden support (looks way better, feel sexier, same benefit) my surgeon said to me wear support that is tight on boobies but lose where incisions are, so my camisole was perfect for the job, i say camisole but it is a tank top so u can wear it on its own with jeans, etc. (asda £6)

ps: i take it off couple of hrs a day to give me boobies rest, but definitely on when sleeping. xx

Hi Lauren…Im only 4 days post op & I have already started wearing support vests like Poppy bought from Asda… I am wearing one at night cause I find my bras would make my incisions v itchy during the night…. I have just put a pic up with me wearing one actually if you want to take a look. I do find my sports bra comfy in the day though & feels more supportive…I dont know about you… but mine kill when I leave them with nothing holding them ahhhhh! :) x

I only wore my sports bra during the day. I asked if I really had to wear it 24/7 and my surgeon said no, that it was mainly for my own comfort. xx

Riggers sorry hunni I’ve only just seen your post above mine. I didn’t realise our ops were so close together. Im doing well thank you. In a bit of pain this morning because I slept alot lower down the bed last night but other than that im not bad sweetie.

I have no idea what size I am at the minute as im in a macom bra. Wanted to measure myself at home yesterday actually but couldn’t find any tape to do it myself. At least that way you can physically tell if ya growing.

And im guessing your talking about my pictures in my gym that reminded you of needing to do sit up’s lol.

Funnly enough i’ve just been having same convo with the boyfriend. My boobs have made me put on 3lb in weight and so im dying to get in there again to shift it! lol :-) x

Hey girls, I’m 3 days post op and in a bit of pain. Think the Macom bra is making me a little uncomfortable but are we really allowed to take the bra off???? I thought we had to keep this on for at least a few weeks. x

I took mines off if it was getting too sore etc. but started wearing underwires at week 3 post op, and have been fine ever since, I still wear my post-op bra and sports bras at night lol just a security thing now lol makes me feel like my boobs are safer XD It’s weird I have no idea what DEFINETE size I am, I have a La Senza 34E on now which I’m falling out of, so think I shoulda gotten a 34F, I have an Asda 34E which is a tiny bit roomy but the DD was too small, I have a DD out of Primark which is quite snug etc. sizes are all over the place lol, think on average im a 34E XD

I cannot wait to get rid of this Macom Bra if it was winter i wouldnt care about wearing it as it is lovely and comfy but i cannot wear anything nice with it in this gorgeous weather. Ive bought a new maxi dress with cups inside of the dress and i feel well supported in it so ive bought that 2 wear 2day without a bra:) Do u think its ok to not wear ur support bra for a few hours. im only 5days p/o

My surgeon told me not to bother with a sports bra but I said I’d prefer to have one so I switch between wearing one and not. I dont sleep in it as Ive never felt comfortable sleeping in bras. xx
