Jus so u can breath in an out with out it hurtin at first mine was barly touching then as the swellin went down u can put it tighter, it itches so I put tissue in the front where the Velcro didn’t meet, I have pics up with it on hun I only took mine off last nite wen I seen the surgeon iv had it on for 6 weeks xx

i have been wondering the same thing!! the nurse said yesterday i should be just above the nipples which means it has to be pulled tight to stay in place which is starting to feel uncomfortable! and if i loosen it it sldes up so dont know if its actually working properly or not, confusing!!! xx

mine will not stay anywhere near my nipples – it slides up! Will try and keep it as low as possible, its driving me mad already! stacey – think i’ll try using tissue, i need it under my arms, it irritates under my arms. I cant bear to wear a top with it neither so been sat in the house with breasts out! lol! my kids find it quite funny and i actually forgot they were out wen my parents called out!! :-)

I have to wear mine for 3 months to get my left boob down. This is very hard as my right doesnt need it and I am scared it will push my right one down too far. 😥 Im trying to wear it as tight as I can with a hairband making the right side thinner and at and angle. I wear the tops of cut off sports socks with the band through them to protect the areas that rub. Good luck girls. xx :(

I have mine for two weeks and managed to move it a bit lower altho it is a bit painful, puts more pressure on the newbies! All for a good cause I hope! Can’t wait to take dressings off and have a good look! X
