How tight should a MaCom bra be??

I been wearing a g cup MaCom bra not sure it’s the right size as ordered on internet I had 525cc high profile round overs and I hear everyone say that your nipples go hard and erect and stay that way but mine are flat & dip in by my nipples could it be because the bra is to tight or is this normal? Pls help! Xx

g cup? The MaCom post surgery bras come in small, med, and large hun. You just get the one that corresponds with your normal backsize (up to 32 is small, 32-34 med and so on). The cups expand so it fits no matter how swollen you are. It is meant to be tight though xx

Yeah I bought large for 36 back but it was tuff to do up at hospital and it only just does up on second lot of clips!! I asked the nurse at hospital is it right size and she didn’t answer just stuck it on , but she never understood half my questions me & my partner had to explain everything in so many different ways to get a answer from her all day , it was quite annoying!! Xx
