How to cope with kids in

Hi all, I had my op yesterday afternoon. I’m extremely sore today but it’s bearable. From next Monday I will be the sole carer of my kids during the day 2yr old and 8 month old. And I honestly don’t know how I’m going to do it now, the surgeon said I won’t be able to lift the baby for 3 months which obviously i will have to! Any one been in a similar boat and how did you cope?
