How to find your own posts?

I’m having real difficulty finding the posts I’ve made to see if there are any replies. Is there an easy way to see your own threads?

On the main forum page (top right) under your log in details it says search forum. If u can remember what the post was about u may find it that way?? Hope this helps xx
