how to get finance with poor history

hi ive been lookin to get a boob job for about 9 years now an i finally really want to do somethin about it. im a small a size 8 to 10 was a size 16 with a c cup now they look loike some prunes, its getting me down big time. i heard you can get finance but ive got poor history. is there away around this? please help.. thanks XellaX
