how to get finance with poor history

hi im jus wondering how to get finance with poor history. ive been trying to save but no sucsess. Im 27 an been wantin a boob job for about 8 years now an its got worse after breast feedin for 16 months. They put me down all the time its depressin an makes me insecure about myself. please anyone who can give me some advise i would much appreciate it.. thanks xellaX
