How to hide a BA from your work colleagues/bosses????

Hi ladies!

Well, I am hopefully booking my op with either Dr Kazzazi or Singh (2nd opinion with Singhy baby 11 July!).

Just wondered how you ladies managed to hide it from people at your work?

I work in an office of 22 people, all nosey and in each others business, sometimes too much information gets shared between the younger generation! Put it this way, people are not afraid to ask you questions and I wouldn’t know what to say!

My problem is I normally wear tight tops or dresses and as soon as I have my new boobs people will notice one way or another (offered 460s but hoping for 525s!).

Plus the fact that it looks like I am having unders, so I wont be able to lift much! I only have enough time for a week off work! I am an office manager so do a lot of typing, filing and walk around the office a lot!

I would preferably like to hide the fact I’ve had new boobs, so what do you guys suggest, any tried and tested methods to stop people noticing?

I have told a few people i work with but i havent told my employer yet i was told they cant ask what operation im having but i know they going to ask and ive used my hol my other option is taking unpaid leave x

I wear a suit for work,and never take my jacket off,lol,just make sure i have a fan near my desk,no one noticed,but having said that why would they id been walking around for years with about 5 chicken fillets in each cup,they all envied me big boobs,lmao.

For me it was really important to not behave differently to how I always had so i continued to wear tight tops and fitted clothes, once I got day one out of the way it was fine, but i was much happier being proud of myself and not hiding myself away xxx

I told everyone PMSL…. it’s up to you honey BUT they will notice if they ask say no …. Lol x

What i should have done is announce it at the wednesday morning meeting,ive had me boobs done, any questions just ask.lol.xxx the dole office would have been in an uproar.

Other than that I think I am going to be buying some extra fillets in the run up to it so they dont notice!

Did you tell your bosses though, since you can’t lift anything heavy for a couple of weeks? Knowing my luck they will ask me to start archiving!!

I told my boss,he was really good about it,he said I dont mean to be offensive Tina but you don’t look any different,lol,he was obviously not aware that i was full of chicken fillets god, they were torcher in the summer,and of course one of the girls said you’ve wasted your money you should have had a face lift,people are so jealous.x

I’m thinking the same thing but have been wearing the bras with airbags in them and am planning to just buy a few new thin scarves to drape around my neck for after the op. I think it will look fine even with a short sleeved top maybe…

Well some people think they are just perfect hun,and to be honest,it must be nice to look in the mirror and love everything about yourself,but I dont and I know i should be grateful for what god gave me,but im not,lol,and he wouldnt have invented cosmetic surgeons if he didnt have a use for them,lol,that how I see it.x oh by the way she was only young,perhaps she will eat her words when she reaches my age,lmao.xxx ehhhhhh i dunno what ever happened to respect your elders,lol.xxx

I’m glad this has come up… I work in an office full of men and one woman who had a boob job a few Years ago and she’s a bit rough round the edges and loves getting her twins out….. I’ve seen the way the men reacted to her so now I’m dreading it hahaha… When I was pregNant last year I got a lot of comments ie: bit you wish you could keep them … Our office is very relaxed and I give as good as I get … I just know the first week back I’ll get tortured hahah xx

Well i’ve had two shoulder ops in last 2 years so i have told everyone i have had another one…re the no lifting …etc

i know it’s a white lie but i didn’t want everyone to know !!

Just noticed that a couple of the mums at school have clocked my boobies but I am saying nothing…..

Hubby says tell em..99% of them need one lol

but it’s 4 meeee and they can think what they want xx

That is why I love this forum,god found all the lovely honest genuine people and sent them to this forum,we know were not perfect that why were here,and do you know what girls,I don’t mind not been perfect,if been perfect means been nasty,then I would’nt want it,love my MYA girls,because no matter what time I wake,Im never alone,there’s always someone here,this site is a godsend.xxx

i have to do this but from my neighbour, she was so opinionated when i mentioned i wanted to get it done, told me i should put money towards a mortgage!!! yeh cause 3 grand is gonna HELP errrrrrrr no!! so i am filling my bra’s up with as much padding as i can, i just can’t be arsed once i have it done to listen to her so-called opinions or looks…

I work with mainly men who arnt afraid to make comments about your boobs so I was just gonna wear rice boobies n make them slightly bigger each week so by the time I get my juicy melons they probably won’t notice….if they do I’ll probably just come clean anyway lol. There’s a always a bitch at work…id just put it down to jealousy tho xx

As for my work….I have to wear a uniform that makes it quite obvious what size boobs you are so every week I’m just gonna wear a bigger bra an fill it with fillets! If I get to hot it will be socks!! Lmao!! 😆 xx

Newkaren I did that wore a mega padded bra so it wouldn’t be so obvious. My hubby’s mate said yest ‘not that I’m looking at ur tits but they don’t look loads different’ but for me I didnt want massive I’d fall over ha xx

I’m gonna go with scarves and baggy tops (luckily their in fashion at the mo) and hope no one asks lol

I am flat so it will be really obvious but I’ve bought a few loose black tops and short sleeve cardigans to try and hide them a bit. x

I’ve heard this a lot too vicky lol – quite a few girls who get their new additions feel the need to show people, after all, they’ve all been bought and paid for!!

On one hand I don’t want the bitchiness and the whispering, on the other I think why not tell people? I would’ve paid £4k for these bad boys. I’d be mortified if I’d spent even a quarter of that on a new pair of shoes or handbag and no one blinked! 😆

well for at least 6 weeks you can’t wear any wires/padding so you may look like you did in super stuffed bras! I wear soft bras and sports bras do the same due to compressions so some people may not notice then go up slowly maybe to padding and just say how amazing your gel bra is now lol

i must say even without padding they look bigger just said i’d been doing press ups hahaha

Babes you cant hide 525s especially in office work wear lol. Best thing to do is when/if someone brings it up look shocked and disgusted and tell them they need socially educating before approaching people..its what i did and i was never asked again pmsl.xxx

I work for a very old fashioned research organisation with a University…full of scientists in cord and tweed!! I have told a two of my colleagues who are also friends. Both said, I cant understand (as they both cup JJ naturally) as they would love small chest.

BUT that being said, they are being really supportive. And I know I’m going to get comments. I get comments when I come in with my choice of nail colour or a bang on trend, purple and orange dress and then when I got hair extensions in Feb….boy was I the talk of the place.

It does worry me what others think of me, but I’m doing this for me and me only

Although the girls have come up with a line of “we’ll this is for my other evening job, Glamour modeling. I have to pay the mortage somehow!” LOL.
