    Hi Girls,

since this hot weather started i’ve developed a horrible looking scabby rash in my cleavage :( I’ve done some research and I think it’s heat rash caused by heat and sweat, ewww! it’s very common in big breasted women (my mum warned me pre op!) When you have your bra on your breasts touch and the skin to skin contact can cause extra perspiration which can lead to rashes and chaffing.

After a shower make sure you fully dry your cleavage area and apply some talcum powder or even spray some deodrant on there to prevent moisture build up. also, use an anti bacterial soap while in the shower.

If you do get a rash, try sudocream or over the counter hydrcortisone cream to get rid of it. try not to wear push up bras or bras that push your breasts together while you’ve got the rash. i’m wearing a cotton sports bra.

If you notice your cleavage is getting sweaty in summer while your out and about, make sure you use a deowipe on it immediately/asap. leaving the moisture on the skin causes the rashes. hope that helps!

the rash is awful, I can’t show off my cleavage! lol

Word of caution on the Hydrocortisone cream though. It is a steroid cream and using it too thick or over long periods of time can cause the skin to get thin and even more sensitive to sun.

Sounds a bit like you have prickly heat, i suffer from that especially in warm humid condidions, cotton clothing and keeping cool is the best trick. Calamine lotion also works, but does create a rather unsexy cleavage look with the white smear,..lol

Hope you get better with it soon khanni, weather is due to turn in the next week, so hopefully that helps with the rash.

thanks girls. I’ve been using hydrocortisone cream for about 10 years but only on small patches every so often when dryness flares up. you have to make sure you use sun protection when your exposed for sure. I really hope it goes away soon! i’ve never got if before so it must be heat rash caused by my boobs, i really can’t believe how big they are from 345/385cc. i guess because i was a full C cup before hand it’s like someone with an A cup getting a 700cc implant! they seem to be getting bigger too i hope they don’t get much bigger, i’m not sure wether it’s hormones, weight gain or just the implants :?

    xx
