How to tell Mario not happy with Rhinoplasty Results… Eeek!

okay so a couple of months ago i arranged an appointment with mario to explain i am not happy with the “slight” results of surgery.. though there is obviously a difference its not as much as i wanted or asked for… I did take a pic of a girl who’se nose was a bit more bumpier than mine and asked for her after results which are amazing… however mine is only a tiny little bit diff.. still on pics it looks huge and i feel like ive just wasted money..

it’s almost embarassing when people ask what have you actually paid for..

last time i seen him though i was smooth talked into liking it because i didnt want to be rude.. how can i be honest?! eeek

Take someone with you,tell him exactly how you feel,take the pictures back in with you,if he said he could achieve that for you then you need to discuss this with him,write your questions down it is much easier to read from a script than it is to remember what you want to say,as nerves kick in when you are actually sat in front of someone,this is your face,it needs to be right.hope all goes well for you lovely.xxx

i feel really rude though.. he says it looks massively different.. it doesnt.. its embarassing because in real you cant see a difference at all and to me it still sticks out on pics.. hate it

what if he says something like… how can you complain its a lot better than what it was LOL

thing is aswell he has on his notes – NATURAL RESULT – which im guessing to him is maybe minimal I DUNNO but i did want an obvious result in my profile and nose in general.. a button nose.. is that so much to ask for haha x

i feel awful writing all this on here because im really not slating him i just think we may have got our wires crossed with what kind of results i wanted… and im too mard to tell him

I agree with tina, at the end of the day it wont be the first time hes heard negative feedback and the very nature of his job means he should be prepared to hear it along with positive. U paid alot for the nose u wanted so go ahead and tell him hun x

I think it looks great too,but its how you feel and its on your face,if you ordered a dress from the internet and the description and fit were not as promised what would you do,you would ask them to change it.xxxx

I agree, I haven’t seen your pics so can’t say how it looks, but it’s about how you feel, the trouble is he is shockingly charming lol.

hiiii the pics look good but i must have took them at good angles as pics now it looks hardly different and i still feel like thats all that sticks out on pics! it looked a little sloped on my pics but its not at all really! it must have been the cast pressing it so hard on my face haha xxx

Hey, I had Dr G and although I’m happy with the results, I also think he didnt do as much as I wanted…n feel exactly the same regarding the cost and results. I was told by mya to be patient as it can take up to a year for end results. Due to my love for Dr g lol I felt guilty telling him I wasn’t happy and kind of just accepted my results. I am deffo gonna bring it up in my final appointment though. Xxx try and ignore his charm and tell him how you feel

how long ago did you have the surgery? I had mine like 8 months ago and mine is changing all the time. i too did not like it on photos but its changed so much. I would deffs tell him your thoughts but trust me it will change. xxx

Just be honest – just tell him exactly how u feel and dont let him speak til u have said everything that u want to say… then let him have his say. If ur not happy ur not happy!! Got to be honest and tell him how it is xxx

I am certain that if you are not happy they will re do it for you, but you need to wait a full 12 months before they will do it for you. I would be honest and just say that you wanted an “Obvious look” Have you got any more recent pics of your nose? xx
