I have just secured my surgery for 1st July and now I have to book the time off work!! I am actually more worried about doing this than the actual operation! How did you girls go about it? I don’t really want to say ‘I am getting my tits done’ haha but I need to give a reason why I need time off at such short notice. Also how much time did you take off? Obviously it would be amazing if i could just have one week off.. but I really don’t want to rush my recovery.. so i’m guessing im going to need a whole two weeks :( Please help.. I want to be excited about getting my boobies done finally not worried because of work!

    Thankyou

ps. I got my boobies paid for FREE on MFI x

I just told my boss haha. He didn’t mind, and asked if I’ll be getting them out in work. “no.” was my reply. x

Sorry I forgot to say, I have booked 1 week off after my op so will have 7 days off inc wk end. I was told by my pc that should be fine as I work in a sales office so no heavy lifting involved. I do have 2 kiddie winks at home 7 & 2 so gonna have my mum stay over for a week to give me a hand with them. So I am hoping that I will be ok.

    xx

All you need to say really is “I’m having an operation” if they ask what for, say you’d prefer not to say.

They cant question it or deny you surgery for all they know it could be serious.

So you dont have to go into detail x

I just asked for a week off with no reason! As for them finding out, my plan too is to just tell the office gossip and let everyone else find out from her haha xx
