How to upload photos?

Hey girls my op is on Thursday and Im going to do before and after photos but I have no clue how to get them onto here. Thought Id ask now as I won’t feel like getting too technical after the op!! I’ll be taking them on my camera and I have an i-pad. Never ever thought Id put my pics up tbh but everyone has helped me so much and Id love to think I could help others plus I want all your opinions good or bad, lol!
