HOW TO UPLOAD PICTURES…

im having problems uploading my pictures, it says image to big and i must resize, but how? in simple terms anyone, pictures saved on my laptop desktop, any help would be fab xx

open the photo with paint…and resize x

I DONT KNOW HOW TO DO THAT AT ALL XX

if u select a photo..then right click on it and some options will appear….click on “open with” and the “paint”..x then click on image..and it says resize/skew..change to 50% hprizontal and vertical..x

resize until suitable then click file/save etc etc x
