    the customer service lets mya down, at first the harass you to book a consultation then its zero contact, although i loved my doctor

    I’m getting a bit worried now lol I’ve got my op next week!! My pc Alexis is brilliant she always replies to me when I text her ect. I guess I have to wait and see as to what happens after but there is evidence suggesting the customer service and patient aftercare is not as good as it should and needs too be. Xxx

    I wasn’t harrassed at all to book anything…i think it depends which clinic your with and who your pc/reception is…

    if anything my surgeon told me to think about it for 2 weeks and then come back when im sure…

    the 24 hour nurse line has been so helpful for me…my surgery went well,had a lovely nurse looking after my all the time all day ,my pc text me to see i was okay…my incisions are so tiny so happy and my boobs are looking so natural and full…couldnt fault my surgeon at all…mya surgeons are the best…trust me i went around to harley medical group and transform…what money hungry companies not to mention transforms pc looking like a surgery gone wrong.

    mya admin is a bit rubbish with calling back and appointments not always being punctual but the surgeons are great and I supose that is what really counts…the end result…

    I have also showed my fustration on their admin side of things but my end result with my boobs is good:)

    I never had this problem…ever. My PC always called/texted back within at least 15 minutes. She was always happy to answer any questions I had and even got the nurse to call me to talk me through the GA and the procedure itself which really put my mind at ease. I’m really pleased with them do far, sorry to hear you had a bad experience xx

    Honestly mya staff are lovely I admit PC’s r sometimes hard to contact n all my appointments were way behind schedule but they have the best surgeons I had Dr Kazzazi n was happy to wait 2hrs prep to see him bcoz his reputation is so good! Op yday day at hospital faultless! Honestly i had to do some chasing up but was 100% worth it so I could have the best surgeon!

    I amsory to here all the bad crack with mya lately, however I think the clo if managers need to give their staff a shake as they are letting down the surgeon!!!

    I was with Newcastle clinic and have nothing at all bad to say about them!! I love all the staff there!! Esp Julie and jenny!

    Julie still keeps in touch now even though I’m 11 months po and I know if ever I need to speak to a nurse jenny will email me right back xx

    haha kat thats true, like i said i really loved dr grob and she said exactly what i wanted to hear about my implants my point is the complaints on here are making me worry a bit, i havent actually had a major negative experience with mys yet other than both my appts were running late but if they’re busy thats a good sign i suppose??

    im the same vroobles, all the negativey is making me really worried. I feel really sorry for the girls who have had bad experiences but some people seem to just write things with no explanation of their experience and try and scare others. Mya Leeds have been excellent so far I have just booked in for 8 March.

    I keep thinking i wont come on here again as Im getting too worried and i should just trust my surgeon but i have enjoyed speaking to the genuine girls as they have helped me through my little wobbles and questions that i have asked xxx

    just would like to add my input on this … ive been worried sick about peoples negative comments on here but i must say all my appointments have been kept apart from one which was brought forward earlyier on the same day so it was even better :) my pc has kept in touch ringing txting doing everything she can to keep me happy with my MYA journy :) even the nurse and receptionist have been emailing .. i couldnt fault them so far and have my opp on the 28th of feb.. love chatting to all the girls that have had it done already, also mine are on finance and they have been so helpful and i just cant fault MYA at all .. look forward to becoming appart of the boob brigade :)

    I think any girls with good storys and positive comments should post more often to put more girls at rest its really nice reading others storys :)

    Eaxtly Kat, totally agree, what’s the point in saying that, i love MYA, i’ve had the best experience. At the end of the day think about the thousands of people that are having op’s with MYA everyday and the very few who have problems. MYA are one of the only cosmetic surgery providers that have a forum, that to me is really comforting that they don’t mind having people telling both sides of the story on here & sharing experiences, MYA mod is always here to help. & Cathy your right it is for that but when you just put one comment saying that & not explaining yourself it’s bound to make the new people worry x

    have PM’d you Kat. Yep I’ve had my pre-op with the nurse. I think I messaged you her name last week so you could see if she was available cos she was so lovely. Got to go back again this week though and have my blood taken again :( and then got my final appt with Mr Russo on Friday to finally decide on sizes.

    She had has some fab results hun so I’m sure you’re in good hands and it’s all about feeling comfortable with your surgeon :) xx

    There are no shortage of threads about poor levels of customer service, poor patient care etc., just go back through past threads.

    MYA like all companies have good and bad results, happy and unhappy customers. The difference between a good company and bad company is how a clinic deals with concerns, complaints and unhappy customers.

    You are quite right, I should have re-posted my story, but it is still available as one of my previous links. I am pleased you had a great experience with MYA, that’s all that matters.

    Well girls i have had a great time with MYA all the way, yeah sometimes there was time they never got back to me, but there is loads of people they have to see.. I had my op last monday with Mr Russo and all was good the Hos was lovely, the nurses where lovely, and my boobies r great.. There is alot more good comments on here than bad, lets think more positive..

    Cathy i understand wat you mean, but if ya would not touch MYA why u on there Forum?

    I know MYA mit not be perfect but neither is every other place. xx

    I am on the forum as I like to share my views, concerns and advice with other people going through or thinking about the same process. After 13 years with implants I like to discuss my experiences.

    If you look at the declaration and purpose of the forum, it’s to discuss cosmetic surgery, not limited to MYA all companies can and have been discussed. I like the forum and it’s interesting to see people’s views and help people who need advice.

    I really am sorry you do like my views about MYA, but sadly they are my views.

    Kat,

    The most important thing is your surgeon and the two I have seen you mention are great, I have worked with one of them in the past; you are in very very safe hands.

    Please don’t feel I was getting at you, I can see my comments may have been taken incorrectly and maybe my short comment lacked detail, I forget a lot of people are new to the forum and did not view original threads.

    I am sure MYA will continue to learn and develop their staff to get better and better with more and more happy customers.

    Good luck with your operation, I am sure you will be pleased with the results.
