I am in so much pain :( x

Hi girls, got back to hotel from hospital at 11 last night, I had to have unders instead of overs and I am in soo much pain, I’m normally quite food with pain but it’s much worse than I expected can any one shed some light for me how long does this bloody burning underneath last I feel Luke crying I’m being a proper woos. Xxx

Awwwwwwww,honey,it does get better as time goes by honey,although I had overs,but some of the girls with unders have said you need to keep on top of the pain relief for the first few days,stick with it honey,the results will be worth it,big hugs,xx

I’ve just taken some more now I’ve never taken so many pills.

i had burning and shooting pains for the first few days,like tina says keep on top of your meds, i also felt the burning more when i moved, keep your sports bra nice and tight and try and rest, if the pain doesnt get any better, then ring your nurse or gp to see if you can get more pain relief, hope you feel better soon! have a little peek at your boobs thats should cheer u up, even if only for a few minutes xxxx

Thanks Hun yeah the pain us real bad when I move. Ive got a breast band to wear but wasn’t given any info on that coz my surgeon didn’t come and see me. So I’m hoping to get some info on that today bur it looks so painful to wear.

heya, you wear it across he top of your boobs keeps ten in their pockets and stops them popping up. its not too bad just makes them feel tighter than they already do, ive put a sports bra on then the breast band over the top and thats stopped it irritating under my arms xx

Del hun i am in pain aswell hun well get through this! U no wat i av been doin to help been looking at clothes i can wear low cut tops and bras makes me feel a lot better xx

Ah are u Hun Its awful in it I really didn’t think it would be this painful but all this pain will so be worth it in the end. Hope u feel better soon aswel Hun xx

i hope so hun i have started to doubt myself alot but just av to keep positive. i am startin to do a lot more things keep aving little walks around house to keep body moving xx aww thanks babe u 2 it wont be long till we feel less pain. x

Aw hun, I hope you feel better soon. Having unders is pretty uncomfortable for the first week or so. I didn’t really feel pain as such, but serious discomfort because I felt like my chest was really tight and I couldn’t breathe in. I too had to wear a breastband for two weeks, but I really enjoyed taking it off for breathers every now and again.

Make sure you’re not reaching for anything and it helps if someone can push you out of bed in the mornings because its worst then! But it will pass hun, give it a week or so. xxx

its really important to keep on top of the pain relief… even if your not in any pain, keep taking the tablets.. thats why your not! It does get easier honey, it really is worth it in the end. I put cotton wool under my bra every now and again to stop it sitting on my scars and that helped xxxx
