I can feel a small indent near crease omg!?

Today I’ve started getting those little zinging pains, but mostly in my right breast, which is also the one that’s been leaking milk. This one sits higher and harder than my left. Today I ran my finger over the spot in my crease where it was hurting and could feel a small indent. It feel a bit squidgier than the rest of my skin and hurts a bit like a bruise when pressed. Is this a sign of something bad? Will ring nurse tomorrow of course but just wanted to know if anyone else had anything like this? I’m 2 weeks post op tomorrow.
