I cant breath help me plz I had op thur.breast band

I had 410s under muscle hp.mario put a breast band on.im in a lot of pain.tksme 20 mins to get myself off sofa and im having breathing problems is ths normal? I rang nurse and she tld me to loosen strap to the loosent 4 1 hour and saidif breathing doesnt improve then I shud go a n e I want to know if its normal to nt be able to breath very wel.my chest is very heavy obv bt I cnt talk loud and cnt suck in air prop.

i couldnt breath very well if mine was on too tight, i used to slacken it, no point wearing ya if it unbearable, uhave to wear it for a got week or 2 you should make sure you a comfy in it and just wear it as tight as comftable, thats bettter than not wearing it at all i think x
