I cant get hold of my PC and the clinic never answers!!!

I have been trying to book my op now for over a week and my pc never replies and my clinic just says shes away and they havent found my notes yet. So annoyed may choose different compant, this is not good service, Peee’ved right off! My clinic is Bristol, if anyones manages to get hold of them could you let me know, just so I know its not just me. Ta

Call this number hun it goes directly through to one of the girls at mya charlie she’s at the holborn clinic but she’ll have the surgeon dates so she should be able to help. She usually always answers and she’s really nice 02074879931 xx

Managed to get hold of the clinic just after I posted this, my surgeons notes have been lost by Royal Mail and I now may have to travel to Manchester AGAIN before I can book, putting me right off! Manchester is 8 hours from me I shall call this lady tomorrow, see if I can do some re-arranging. Thankyou
