I can't get my ring off :(

I cannot get my engagement ring off and my op is tomorrow morning I don’t know what to do. Tried every trick in the book I haven’t taken it off since I got it

Have you tried string?
Twist string around your finger from the ring upwards and it’ll make your finger temporary thinner as it stops the blood flow. Then it should come off?
Google it as I’m not sure you’ll get what I mean xx

I just tried that as got the idea of Google and all I’m doing now is just making my finger more swollen. Now I’m worried I will get there and they won’t do surgery with it on 🙁

I think they would just tape it up xx

Thank you I feel a little better now. It’s really not coming off just reading posts online saying it may leave a burn as jewelery isn’t suppose to be worn. If they tell me to take it off tomorrow I know I will get myself in such a panic it defiantly won’t come off. X

I know it’s not the same but I had acrylic nails on Monday and they didn’t even mention it . Had my op all good . Call your clinic or mya directly Hun for advice they may say u can leave it on. My clinic open til about 6 I think so hurry xx

Hi hun, I had an ear piercing that would not come out! They just tape it up for you and you have to sign a disclaimer. I imagine they will help you give it another go to get off anyway but they won’t stop your surgery as long as you sign the form and have it taped up xx

I had a few piercings i couldnt take out and they said they would tape up but i was put to sleep with no tape on them and didnt wake up with any on my piercings were still uncovered x
