i cant sleep sitting up any longer :(

I’m a week post op, when can i start laying down more and getting back on my side?! Its killing me!

Id give it another week honey,I know its awful,but they would’nt tell us to do it if it wasnt mega important,cant you just lower the pillows slightly so you feel a bit more comfy,big hugs,xxx

im a week yesterday and my back is killing me, cant wait to sleep on my side and even more go back to sleeping on my front…..thats gonna take a while! lol

Hey hun I’m a weel post op as well and lst couple of nite I’ve been sleeping on my side’s cnt hack it anymore and I’ve been fine. My surgen said 2 me rotate from back and side 2 side each nite but tbh honest I’ve been wakening up on my back and nt been sore so think it jst depends on how u feel ur self xx
