I may sound stupid to some people, but I’m only a size 10…but I’ve got flab HANGING off me everywhere!

I constantly eat fatty foods with melted cheese and mayonnaise on everything and don’t eat anything healthy or slimming and everything is eaten in mass portions!

Gets me down, I can’t stop eating :(

    It’s not like I’m bored either…maybe I could be bored…but I eat while I do things too!

I’m going to order some Quick Trim – as this surpresses hunger and makes you burn calories….once I get going I lose loads of weight….

Then I get my stupid hunger monster again and put it all back on!!

    NEED HELP!

Any tips to STOP myself from eating like this and take on a healthy lifestyle?

I know diet pills aren;t the answer but I think it’ll put me on a start path to losing weight then eating healthy foods!

    xx

I’m exactly the same , I’m a size 10 but I’m curvy & weigh 9 stone 9. Last summer I went on holiday & got down to about 8 stone 11 for it then when I got back it was Xmas & everything so didn’t bother dieting, & put it back on again! Annoys me that

Cos I’m naturally curvy, it’s hard to keep weight off. Don’t worry your not the only one!! xx

I’m like this too and I complain to friends and they think I’m talking rubbish…but seriously I sometimes binge and eat like crazy. I read a book called ‘I can make you thin’ by Paul Mckenna and you get a cd to listen to (I put it on my ipod) and I put it on before I go to sleep in bed every night. It has helped a ton but I’m slipping back into old ways so I’m going to fish out the book again and read it to refresh my mind. First read it a couple of years ago and I found it really helpful :)

It like retrains your mind to understand that food is an energy source etc xx

I think it really has done for me…and I used to be a yo-yo dieter. Now I pretty much stay at the same weight all the time. I think you just need to listen to the track every day to keep it up. But I just turn it on and go to sleep to it, so easy to do xx
