and I thought they were going to fall off. I held onto them and continued to cough then I quickly took a drink.

Scary….but not too sore

It feels like everything is so new when you have your new boobs.

My mum had to wash my hair for me today. Feel so light! It’s great!

When I take Macon off for air I feel like their going to burst out of my skin how on earth do u manage a cough??

Ha ha oh girlies it’s really not that bad, i know it feels like it at first because you’re so unsure of what you should and shouldn’t be doing but i think the best way is to just act as normal and not be too weary and just let it all develop naturally. Nothing is going to fall off or dislodge if you sneeze, cough or take a long walk. You’ll be fine, just remember to stay active but not push yourself past your boundaries xx

I did laugh afterwards. It was like some big dramatic emergency. I just held onto them and felt the twinge under my boobs, like at the top of my tummy. I had a drink and I was fine. So that’s my first official cough with the new twins and they survived.

Ics, I didn’t go for the Macom. I’ve got a few Nike ones. They’re great support. I’ve been smothering the twins in Palmer’s and just sliding my bra over the top. Have you moisturised with the Macom? It feels a bit itchy at times

Sleeping is great! I know you shouldn’t but I always wake up on my side. This morning my right boob was actually touching my left. It was a picture perfect moment. Couldn’t keep the smile off my face. So after my boobies kissed I edged over onto my back then sat up. I feel ok really sleeping on my side. Is it bad?

But thanks for askin ChiChi, doin’ so well. So so well. Been up and about. Maybe done a bit too much today and feeling it now but a tramadol and my v-pillow and I’m a happy little chick a dee

ooooo i remember wen i felt a sneeze i ad to literally gve myself a slap to distract me lmao i sumtimes 4got tho and remembered at the point of no return now that hurt lol xx

im 3 weeks post op and between my chest wheres it tight hurts when i sneeze or cough too hard lol
