    Hi hun,

you need to make sure you change the position your heels are in regular other wise your skin will break down and you will be left with bed sores there!! I had the exact same, my heels became tender from the position I was sleeping in so I just made sure I change the position of my feet regular so all the pressure wasnt on one area….as a nurse Iv seen 1st hand how fast they can develop. Hope your feeling better after your bath incident xx

    Hey hun!

Roll a towel up, and place it behind your ankles so your feet can be slightly elevated- keeping your heels away from the bed!! And keep creaming them too!

Hey girls! Just some advice really, Im a student nurse and have to deal with heel sores everyday..!!

Wouldnt really recommend putting moisturiser on your heels, it makes the skin a lot softer and more prone to breaking down! As pinkbutterfly said, best bet is to roll a towel up and put a soft blanket over it to keep your feet off of the bed :) xx
