Mr Aurakzai told me to put weight on in the lead up to my op. I wouldn’t care, I’m not even skinny, I’d say I’m average at 8 and half stone and only 5ft 2in. But he tells everyone to put weight on.
My op is 15 March and I hopped on the scales this morning to find out I’ve put 4lb on. Which I know is the result I should want but can’t help feeling that I’ve got 6 weeks ahead of me with no exercise (love my boot camps and gym) and I’m going to end up like a fat Dolly Parton. I know I can go out for walks but that’s not hardcore like my boot camps. Love my food too, I’m going to have to be really careful.
Have people been putting on loads of weight whilst they were on their 6 weeks rest?
Hi honey, try not to worry. I’m only 3 days post op but made sure I stocked up on fruit, healthy meals etc and drinking loads of water as I was worried about this too. Try and look at it as a detox and rejuvenating your body! And don’t worry if you put a bit on, as soon as you’re up and about again it’ll drop off!!!x
yes! My biggest (no pun intended) mistake was to have 2 week recovery eating whatever! I gained 7lb the last time!! Went from 133lb to 140lb in 2 weeks! 😯
Over the years I got down to 116lb and now I’m at my highest weight EVER!!! I was 142.5 this morning 😳 but a few days ago i was 146.6. so thank god my diet is working!! BUT my boobies also weigh 2 pounds all by themselves!

116lb = 8.2 stone
133lbs = 9.5 stone
140lbs = 10 stone
142.5lbs = 10.2 stone
146.6lbs = 10.5 stone
I am just eating 6 small meals of 200 calories and that means i’m taking in around 1000-1200 calories a day which is a 1000 calorie deficit of my weight maintenance calorie requirement. which in turn means i should loose around 2 pounds a week!
but i have lost 4 pounds in 2 days so you could stand to loose more!
If you want me to work out your calorie intake to MAINTAIN your current weight let me know. let me know how much you weigh and what you want your goal weight to be! I will do the math
Aaah thanks so much Maxine! I found a calculator thing online to do that once. But if you’ve got it to hand (rather than me hunting around for it again) that would be great! You really are bored aren’t you??!!
I’m now 122lb which I want to maintain till the op and then want to go back to my usual weight of 118lb. Except I’ll be 2lb heavier with my implants won’t I? But would still like to be no more than 119lb. Think I’ll just make sure I’m on a diet of fish, veg and fruit. x
Okay, I don’t actually use a calculator…its a bit more in depth! I’ll spell it out so others can do it too!
First convert your weight to KGS
122 = 55.3
118 = 53.5
THEN:
0.9 x 55.3 x 24 = 1194.48
1194.48 x 0.95 = 1134.75
1134.75 x 1.65 = 1872 TO MAINTAIN 122 POUNDS
1872 – 500 = 1372 calories to LOOSE 1 pound a week.
so since you have 4 pounds to loose take in around 1370 calories a day for a month and you should reach your goal!
1370 / 3 healthy meals = 456 calories per meal!
Once you reach 118 carry on as you did before or consume:
0.9 x 53.5 x 24 = 1155.6
1155.6 x 0.95 = 1097.82
1097.82 x 1.65 = 1811 TO MAINTAIN 118 POUNDS

Thunderkiss – Aurakzai asks absolutely everyone to put weight on, not 100% sure why. Think it’s a safeguard to ensure his patients are healthy. But I’ve never been healthier in my life. He went on and on at me about ‘what men like’. That they like curves and softness! I don’t get my body a certain way for any man! If they don’t like the way I am they can sod off. Ha ha. x

Maxine I love you lol, I’ve not lost my baby weight yet (she’s 11 wks) plus I put an extra 7lb on with Heidi bein really poorly in hospital for a month so I weigh 9.7 now where as I normally weigh around 8.4 and I’m worried about not being able to lose it all before I have my ba (she’s been home 4 wks and I’ve not lost anything) and then my boobs being too big on me. I have got about 4/5 months before I’ll be having my ba but I’m just so paranoid about my weight. I’m gona try and figure thus out to see what I need to be having a day X
