I feel MASSIVE

I have been really bloated since the surgery and with being laid out all the time I have put so much weight on. I feel disgusting.

Plus, I tried some of my clothes on last night as I’m going to a christening on Sunday and I could get into anything. Totally gutted. I really can’t wait to get back exercising. I’m also really hoping that my boobs are still a bit swollen because they feel too big at the moment!

Aghhh. Rant over now! X

I think the GA makes you really bloated, so don’t worry too much. Make sure you drink plenty of water throughout your recovery swell cos you might be holding on to water. Also, this is disgusting sorry, but I was constipated for about 3 days after surgery. That might be something to, do with it too. Xx

I feel the same im 5 days po and my boobs look fat and wide im hoping it is just alot of swelling

It will be swelling honey dont worry,go for a little walk,that should get things moving,and ease the bloating,xxx

Hi hun I feel exactly the same and am hoping that it is only were I’m still bloated and not the fact that I have gained weight. X x

Bloating lasted about 2 weeks for me. As the others have said, lots of water and keep moving. Watch what you eat and when the bloating has gone you may find that you have even lost weight! X

hi girls, am 10days post op n still feel really bloated n heavy 2, but 2 make matters worse i came on d day after my ba so dat hasnt helped either, apparently nurse said dis is very comman, as im 10days early also feel reallt discusting since my ba cos u cant do u hair properly or anything, hopefuly wont last 2 lon g xxxx
