I had dermaroller today for the first time

I have some scarring on my face and neck. I had dermaroller today. It wasn’t sore but not a pleasant feeling like tiny electrical shocks! Definitely manageable and I wd do it again. I wont see results tilsix weeks and I ll let you know. My face looks a little shiny and red as if ive Been out in the cold. And I have so
