I had my ba done 3 months ago, can you tell me how to look after them?

I am not sure if ive to wear a sports bra at night?? or no bra at all??, what is best to keep them in good shape?. I had uplift and implant setting me back

hi im 10 weeks post op n istill sleep in my sports bra, nurse said do not need to anymore, but i feel like i need to, n now its actually really comfy, typical eh i could not wait to get rid of it when i had to wear it all the time..x

I’d call your nurse and she what she says. Since i had my BA 7 weeks ago i was told never to wear my sports bra in bed and just let them have their freedom LOL!

I will be seeing the surgeon next week so i will ask when i go and let you know what he says.

hi I am 4 months post op on 7th dec and am still wearing sports and soft bras as advised, to be fair I think mine have kept mega because of this, infact the longer i go on the better they are and I think its cos I am keeping them tucked up, I have a few hours off at night while watching telly but think this is definitely the best way.

hi, get measured every couple of months in a really good plaace.when your bra looks like the shape has gone in the washer,bin it.your bras need to be in tip top shape to do their job.and make sure you wear really good bra all the time with good support and only wear fancy lacy things on special occasions.also wearing a sports bra in bed every night is a good idea,even jordan wears hers at night to keep them in place.hope this helps

I asked the nurse on my check should i wear my sports bra as much as possible or is it ok to wear normal bra all the time once i was 6 weeks, she said which ever i wanted doesnt make a difference???
