I Hate My New Boobs! – Major Regret

Hey girls,

I’m really really down, i couldn’t decide whether to have 410’s or 460’s and right at the last minute i left it up to my surgeon just saying that i didn’t want to be too big. He decided to put in 460’s I had them done a week today and i hate them, they are huge and they look ridiculus, like massive balls stuck on. So embarrassed don’t even want my boyfriend to see them. Really feeling like ‘what have i done’. Was anyone else unhappy with theres, has it got any better??

Hey hun…honestly don’t worry, they are always a funny shape to start with. In another week or so you will notice they will change loads, don’t get down about it. Mine were all coned shaped to start with but i just saw the funny side of it because i knew they weren’t going to stay like it. I’m now 8 weeks post op and totally thrilled with them. Just bare with it hun they will settle, i expect they are still swollen as well at the moment so they won’t stay huge. Did you have unders or overs?

Ah mate, I’m sooooo sorry to hear that. What size were you before then? Did you have over the muscle and high profile? I had 460’s last Tuesday and I love mine. Have you got any photo’s you could send to me to have a look. What height are you?

They will keep changing shape and size you know, try not to feel down about it, you need to love the twins, they’ll want to come out to play soon!!!!! Sorry, trying to put a bit of humour in but you probably don’t feel like it. Honestly, they will be lush, just give it time. xxx

Thankyou huni, I’m just so down. I had overs but my surgeon said that i had enough breast tissue to stop them being so round, not so sure now. Thankyou so much for your reply i really hope that there is still swelling because i feel like jordan at the moment and that really wasn’t the look i wanted. They look ok in clothes but massive otherwise. What about you did you have overs or unders??

Hey…I had overs as well and by day 10 i really noticed that the cone shape was going and that they had dropped a bit. So hopefully even in a few days you will start feeling better about them. Just think though, you may think they are huge at the moment because your still getting used to them, but once they drop and settle your going to love being that size your welcome to see my pics if you want me to send you my sofem album, or i can message you the password! xxx

Oh god you sound like me! I hated me, that first week was awful if I could have got them out I would! I totally know how you feel! I had mine done 3 an a half week ago an they’ve shruk so much, as long as you keep using your v pillow to drain all the fluids out an just wait for the swelling to go down, you will love them! I was a 34a and had 410 overs an now measuring an E but only look about a D! X

I was offered 380, 410 or 460. I was unsure between 410’s and 460’s but then thought I’d go the biggest size as most the girls on here were going for biggest size that was offered. They did look massive at first but you could tell it was the swelling. If you give me your email address I’ll send you my photos. xx

im a 34a and having 460cc overs in 4 weeks do u think these will look too big on me im having under the muscle tho and not sure high or low profile can i discuss this with my surgeon on the day? bit worried now wish they had technology to show u before and after pics to see what urs will look like at what size x

I’ve seen quite alot of them under the muscle and they look really nice not too big but mine are huge. If i come to terms with mine and get to liking them i will email you pictures. I know its so hard, they look so different on different people. Contact your Patient Coordinator, i had two sizes ordered in but i think they have spares. But worth checking that they will have both sizes or profiles waiting for you. Then you can decide on the day! Good luck XxXxXxX

lOL Yeah i never really got that either, maybe someone can clarify. I wasn’t even given either as an option but i think it has to do with how much projection there is. eg as in lower are wider and a bit flatter. Higher is sticking out from your chest more. I don’t know tho! Sorry XxXxX

I still sleep with it but I started to sleep on my side after 2 an a half weeks! I was that scared of the anasthetic I didn’t think about after wards I couldn’t take pain killers either they were making me sick so I was just on paracetamol! It does get better! I dindnt belive anyone I thought I would feel like this forever plus the anasthetic can make you really emotional, I just cried for a week saying I hated them but now I think there small an like i’ve had um for years it’s crazy!! X

Thanks Sams, I’ve literally done nothing but cry all morning! I’m so depressed. It makes me really hopeful that you now think that yours are small. I just wish i had gone with the 410’s that i was originally having, feel so stupid for changing. I just wish i could have my op again and go for 410 or really probably 380’s. I saw the nurse yesterday and she literally told me nothing but did say that pretty much all my swelling has gone down, i think thats pretty much what started me off i was hoping they would still go down. I’m just hoping they will because yours did! XxXxX

You poor thing! I’m sure they’ll settle down…. From what i’ve heard that are a lot bigger to start with. Who did your BA?

Difficult to decide on what size as we just don’t know how they will end up! I’m sure they’ll settle and look great in a few weeks x

i had 380hp overs was a 32b/c when my bf arrived at the hospital he said omg they r huge u shld change ur name to jordan after the first few weeks they went down a lot n i loved them witch i am so glad abt as all i did was cry that they were far to big n looked silly i am now a 32ff but dont look it x

I am 1 week post op. At first I felt like you, even though I got a smaller size. They looked like massive balls on my small body, they were sooo high up. But they have decreased very slightly and I feel better because I know they will get smaller in time and the highness at the top will settle. Patience is important even though its sooo annoying!!

Hey Claire. Yeh i will take some pictures maybe tomoz i still have your email so i will email you them. Still look huge! I feel slightly beter when i have my small sports bra on, trying to squish them down but i always feel worse in the morning having to have a shower makes me feel so unhappy just looking at them! Thanks for your message i will keep you updated, would love it if i could say that i’ve changed my mind and there ok!

See how they settle hun but if your still really unhappy with the size, i’m sure they would have to change them to smaller for you! After all if you told him you didn’t want to be too big, he should have known not to put that size in!

hi clair2010. i have been offered the same as you, 380, 410 or 460 my surgeon said that i have to have high profiles and round implants, what size where you before? would i be able to look at some of your pics to see what they might look like?

hi everyone, im 4 days post op and i wanted the 460s but was told they wouldnt fit on my body in the end which annoyed me as i was a 34a flat before and wanted large D. im confused about mine at the moment thought i wd be more happy right now, i had the 410s, and have been feeling ill sickness, down etc after op and with tablets. i cant really see them well as i have this massive I shaped bandage and tape around them to keep them positioned (sumthing my surgeon does) so im thinking they might be a full C sml D but im unsure cause they are smaller than i thought???

will they get bigger honestly??? i hope so. cant wait till they soften and shape out. have terrible neck ache and back ache and Vpillow is a nightmare as i sink down sumhow on my back in my sleep!!! stiff in the morning but no pain just bad posture from weight of them!! hope we all heal quickly and start seeing positive results soon!!! xxxxxx

I know exactly how you feel, I had my bandages off yesterday, 1 is much more swollen than the other for a start which doesn’t help! When I look in the mirror I just look fake! I went for 325cc and wanted a natural look but Thats so not what I have at the moment! They also don’t feel a part of me at all! Gutted not what I thought I’d be feeling at all, after all these years of hating having nothing, I now hate what I have and the fakeness of them!!! Gutted xxx

hey i had my BA in march so about 4 months ago i had a terrible time i felt like they were massive, under me arms, like cones and rock solid it was awful!!!!!!! just to top my experience off i was a lucky 1 that was part of that 1% that gets an infection so i cud never of felt any worse!!!! i now love my boobs settled loads can still tell they r fake wen i havnt got clothes on but i quite like it now but after all the swelling has gone and they soften they will be better and more natural!!!!!!

Thanks hun, I do hope so, feeling a bit miserable about them at the mo. I think you wait a long time and have an image in your mind, and they are just not what I imagined they would be, if you know what I mean! x
