I have boobs – FINALLY . what a fab feeling – MY STORY

Hi all..

Had my BA yesterday with Mr Aurakzi Manchester Lifestyle.. what an amazing surgeon and brill staff.

I arrived at the hospital at 11am (app I was ment to be there 7.30am!! but they were fine as I had been told wrong info)oops!!

then I got my room which was great picked my food (and the hubbys) Salmon Teriyaki kebas with rice and salad shaun had sirloin steak.. so FAB food

Then Mr Aurakzi came into the room said “you not ready!!” and laughed – talked through last bits with me and drew on me and said 340cc Final answer!!

Then saw anethesist and I was off in my attractive gown and disposable pants

STRANGE THING WAS – I was NOT a bit nervous.. so excited, and then talked to nurse and I was asleep in no time.. woke up had a look smiled and got some stronger pain killers as I AM A WIMP!!

went up to room and got fab care from then on in!! I was not well with the feeling of all the drugs so felt very sick and dizzy but staff were amazing, so patient!

I am so please od the outcome.. Only had them for 24hrs and I am in love with them.. they are a little awollen and pointy and look quite fake but WILL look natural soon so I can handle that!!

one HAPPY customer and the pain is totally worth it!! I was an 34a and I am wearing a 36D bra now and it fits nice and snug.. I had 340cc overs with lower incision to make them look natural.

if you need any advice feel free to ask and I will help as much as I can . as the forum really helped me out

Arr yu must be well pleased! I haven’t even got mine booked yet n I’m already excited

what’s that about low incisions? The only thing I’m worried about is them not looking natural enough n no ones mentioned that to me. I’m 32A so was thinkin 300cc but not sure xx

Emily – did you have yours yesterday too? I got told wrong admission time too.. was ment to be in 7.30 am and I got told 12mid day.. nurses said their was another girl who had been taken in at wrong time!! Wouldn’t care the morning dragged so much and when I got call at 11 am to see if everything was ok and they had been worried.. I FREAKED out and panicked that I would not get op!! But staff were FAB and made me feel at ease

hiya, no had mine on 9th sept, was travelling from newcastle so taxi was supposed to be picking me up at 9am as admission time was 12pm. but he had been told my admission time was 7.30am so arrived at 4am!! i couldnt beleive it so i ended up 5hrs early haha. aww well at least everything worked out for ya! my emails emilyshepherd@live.co.uk thanks hun xx

I had my surgeon consultation yesterday and was offered 300cc or 340cc.

I’m a 32a naturally not very much there at all and a size 8! i want them to lok as natural as possible and he’s suggested overs to me but was so excited i didnt ask why he didnt think unders or partials lol.

Hi Char1989 – I will send some out now.. they normally recommened unders/overs/partials on where youe nipples are naturally sitting – not common that you can choose

HI Hun, i have sent them now.. I am good – can’t wait to wear some normal clothes got my pj’s on and a tight vest top.. they look fab.. I AM SOOOOOOOOOOO happy!! they still swolen and that and look fake but when they soften they are going to be amazing.. perfect size for me xxx you will have to keep me updtaed with yours too.. any questions just ask.. make sure they give you Tramadol when you come out of hospital helps loads xxx

from what i can kind of see i’m a lottt flatter than you were naturally so that will make a difference to my end look shouldn’t it?! as in i’m currently like a male chest haha! i’m surprised i am able to have overs really.

Just heard and seen people say that sometimes overs can look more fake and you can see the implant a lot more compared to unders. xx

AMANDA – Hiya hun – Thanks first time I have showed them off. I love them and they can only get better.. I am in bed now but can’t wait to take day 4 pics.. ha ha , I got my sports bras from asda online Mr Aurakzi recommended them,, they are very comfy I bought a 36c, 36d x 3, 36xDD just incase I am in 36D’s now –

I had OVERS but could not have unders as I had breastfed two kids and my boobs / niples were too low!! but as i wanted natural look they gave me lower incision – they are still hard at the min and I think they will look really natural once they have settled. you can’t see or feel implant and I am very happy with them xx

Morning Rach, how you feeling today? im feeling a lot better. My boobs arent quite as hot today either, and feel a bit softer. Im gonna take some pictures today, took some on the first day, but not took any since, so im going to take some. Can i have a look at your pics?

R ryt how was ur pain?? im a night case dont no wot to take with me. how long does it take for ya boobs to settle down? iv got a night out on the 29th nov just hope i have my sports bra off by then. x

Hiya hun – You can wear a normal bra for one night I asked my surgeon as I am at a wedding on the 15th Oct!!

Pain is ok as long as I take tramadol… but make sure you ask for it.. as they won’t just give it to you!! Codine makes me ill!!

I am on day 4 now and today they seem loads softer and a lot better.. still numb and stiff though.. hopefully will be ok in couple of weeks xx

aww thanks hunny.. I lOVE them too.. so sooooooooooo happy can’t wait to be able to wear normal bras.. I went and got my hair done today at hairdressers as still can’t shower.. was Fab putting on a vest top and going out for a bit.. shattered now though xxxx

Yes hunny I have just come on to do it now.. I have just taken a day 9 pic .. then nurse has just said my scars and boobs look like on stage 4 weeks post op.. so I am very happy xx

Hiya hun 11 days now.. love them, they look more real each day

Lower incision was to give the illusion of an uplift as my nipples were low and make the overs look more natural.

I have had 2 kids and breast fed them both so could not have unders.. but look more real than I ever could have thought..

any advice just ask, I am a 36 D at the min.. my back is only a 34 but I have to wear 2inch bigger so I don’t hurt my incisions as they have never been bandages up.

Love Mr Aurakzis work mind.. He is amazing.. I am glad I went for 340cc’s suit my frame loads as I am tall xx

Im having dr aurakzai he’s hilarious, but then told me off for not being able to stop laughing with my friend about the implants in the sports bra thing at consultation lol. Im having mine on the 3rd of november 380 unders and im so scared!

Natalie – don’t be scared – I was worried I would make the wrong decisions and stuf or would not be happy .. but after I talked again with Mr A was totally comfortable and thought.. hey even if they are a little smaller than I thought they would still be better than what I had and I was ment for little boobs!!

But they are bigger then I thought and love them to bits…

Enjoy every second of it, you are in safe hands with Mr A x
