I have booobs!!! Mr Russo = boobie god. My story…

Good Morning lovely people,

Everything went so well yesterday, it couldnt have gone any better.

So, my day started at 6am, me and my mum got a cab to Fitztroy for my admission at 7:30am. We were not sure if there would be a lot of traffic but the roads were empty so we eneded up getting there at 6:30 lol!!

The hospital wasnt even open so we had to go sit and wait on a bench in the square. The guy that works in the operating theatre was waiting to get in too. very nice guy, so friendly.

We went in at 7am but MYA had messed up the times and the hospital didnt think i was due in until 10am so they had to rush to get a room made up for me. The staff there are fab, couldnt be more helpful.

I was shown to my room at about 7:30 (room 6)and the nurse gave me my sexy gown and stockings oh and not forgetting the amazing giant paper pants lol.

She checked my blood pressure etc and went through the paperwork with me. MYA had also forgotten to send my notes over from the nurse so the hospital had to keep chasing them to fax them over lol.I did a pee sample but was all good so i just waited to see the anesthetist and Mr Russo. The anesthetist is such a nice guy and really funny. sort of a cross between ben stiller and monk lol then Mr Russo came in and did his drawings. i think he put a smiley on my left boob lol i will show u in the pics.

Then they said i would go down to theatre at about 9:30, which i did. Its the first time ive had an op so i was super nervous. but they were so kind and funny i was alseep before i knew it and the next thing i knew i was in recovery. I felt great, refreshed and not in any pain. I thanked everyone about 10 times each and they then took me back to my room. I had almost the whole jug of water in about 30 mins so they then got me tea and biscuits which i gobbled up lol. Me and my mum watched abit of TV and then they gave my my lunch, chicken mayo sarni, orange juice, chocolate ice cream and another tea. nom nom! I drank another jug of water and had to go to the loo a few times lol. i was shocked at how much i could move. I felt amazing and my boobs look huge! haha. i had a little cry as i was so happy.

I was waiting around for quite a while until Mr Russo came to check on me. he was really happy and i was over the moon. We ended up leaving at around 7pm and arrived home at about 7:45pm. i went back to my boyfriends and had a great nights sleep apart from waking up in the middle of the night needing the loo and having to take my breast band off cos i thought i was going to be sick. I was fine. just had some water and went back to sleep.

Today i feel a little sore and quite achy. Maybe i overdid it a little yesterday and i am paying for it today lol. Everytime i move my arms my muscles twitch lol

But they are not bruised at all yet and i do not have any numb patches yey!

but feel very tight and like they are ganna fall off or rip in the middle and become a mono-boob lol

I just wanted to say a big thank you to all of you who have helped me. I think there are too many to name but you know who you are

Just some advice for any pre-op girls – Do your research (and lots of it), try to see at least 2 different surgeons if possible so you get a different opinion, respect the other girls on here that are kindly letting us see their pics and giving us their support, try not to compare yourself to other people on here too much, listen to your surgeons advice, and dont worry! =)oh and buy a v-pillow lol I had such a good day yesterday and am so happy that i did it at last. I love my new boobs already and cant wait to see how they are going to turn out.

no not at all. i felt like i had a great sleep and wasnt in any pain at all lol must have been all the drugs. But to be honest i didnt feel any pain at all yesterday, my chest felt tight and heavy but that was fine. i was a little sore/achy this morning when i first got up but i am feeling alot better now i have moved about and had something to eat. you will be just fine x x x

Macom arrived today! VPillow is due any day! Have created a list and being all anal about ticking it off xxx

haha, yes, the v pillow has been a life saver so far. saved me in the cab yesterday and sleep very well last night indeed. the best £10 ive spent. havent got to wear my macom yet. Mr Russo wants me to wear the breast band only for a week then the macom and breast band for the second week, then the macom for the rest of the time. im not liking the breast band too much at the moment lol! but its gotta be done to get the shape right. x x x
