emmarose move high up things to lower cupboards etc so you don’t have to reach – I didn’t do this but kept having to ask for stuff to be lifted down haha depends if anyone is around to help you of course

Are you allowed to massage yours yet Supercoops? I know after quite a time the surgeons say just massage daily well I’ve heard that for people very far PO , to keep them squishy xx

yeah babe i massage them twice a day im goingto be 4 months post op next monday cant believe how quick its gone their not that squishy 🙄 oh well theyre bigger than what they were ures are gonna be massive as ure only 8 days post op lucky you xxx

I’ve seen some helpful tips on here, like putting all the tops and bottoms I’ll need into a basket/suitcase in the corner instead of pulling out drawers or rummaging through the wardrobe.. hadnt think of that! x
