I am in the research stage and I am thinking about going ahead with it but I am freaking out a little as I have heard loads of horror stories about waking up in the middle of the operation, or the opertaion going wrong, or the implants shrinking, or not being able to fly abroad or even losing all sensation in your nipples! Could anyone please tell me their stories so that I can figure out what is hear say and what is not? Thank you so much!
Hey, I wouldn’t worry about the operation! If you go with a good company its very very unlikely you would wake up during an op. There’s a special doctor at the hospital who is there to make sure you stay asleep during the operation (anaesthetist). Haven’t heard anything about not being able to fly! I have since my BA and it was fine
There is a really small number of cases where the implant is squeezed in the healing process called capsular contraction, MYA will cover for 5 years after the operation if this happens. Also in a small number of cases there is a risk of infection (I am one of those cases!) , but again any good company will cover you. I think I am probably one of the worst cases of reoccurring infection at the moment(or maybe ever?) at MYA, but still have faith in them. There are so many stories on here of successful operations! You just gotta weigh up the odds xxx
Hey honey
Yeah clairebear is right. U r doing the right thing: lots of research.
I kept talking myself out of it, then through doing my own research, looking at actual stats and not reading ‘hear say’ stories on forums I decided to go and meet with a few different companies!!
When u think if the number of girls having the operation and the small amount that may post their stories on forums, u have to remember it is only a small amount… But yes can still happen.
The girls on these forums r fab and I have met some great ppl through them.
Us girls have to stay together and give support and advise. So any q’s u may have just post them or ask
Xxx
oohh god im going on holiday 9weeks after my ba!! most people say i be ok….?? but at end of the day i know there lots off things can go wrong with having surgery its the risk im willing to take for feeling better about my body xxx
Lol do you think the implants will blow up like the same way crisp packets do when you take them on a plane?
That would be an experience!
(I’m kidding btw)
Hey! Mine was 2 wks ago and I’ve had a great experience. Went 260 over muscle and measure 32dd. They look fab, no bruising, tiny incisions, small pain just getting out of bed but I cooked Xmas dinner for 9 yesterday so doing well!
I’m so happy I did it. Go with dr chantasak he’s amazing at what he does!
Also my nipples are very sensitive but at least I have feeling lol.
So a positive story from me

Minxymoo wen did u hav urs done an wa was ur stats before? I had mine done on 21st dec from 34b an had 380 MHP overs an at mo I’m only around a C ( havnt been Measured thou) xx
Hey Hun. 2 wks on Tuesday! I was a 32 a(tiny b) before size 6/8 and got measured as 32dd. My nurse said I have no more swelling and this will pretty much be it…. If anything they’ll fluff a bit. I’m pretty surprised I though I’d be a c/d so you may be surprised xx
Dont panic. You’re probably reading all the horror stories because there are more people that will right them up asking for advice then the thousands and thousands that have had success and are too busy getting on with life 100 times happier with their new boobies!! I have had the best experience, I cannot fault MYA! Lovely PC excellent friendly surgeon who has done exactly what I have asked for. Nearly 2 weeks post op and no problems
xx
Hey girl if you choose your surgion well and take a good look at the after care you shouldn’t really have any long term problems, alot of people just go for cheap ba’s which is why they end up with alot of complications and not proper aftercare! I’ve had 2 ba’s now with MYA and they have been brillant
I have full sensation all over my boobs and they are very simertical and sit very close together!x
lol bexipie 😆
