I HAVE THRUSH!! :( side effect from anti biotics…

I hate thrush!! It is painful my bits are swollen no end i am itchy and on top of that im only FOUR days post op!! Trust me to get thrush as a freakin side effect!!!

So I am well pissed off and miserable!

I can’t have proper sex due to possibly falling pregnant cos I had to stop the pill…now i had the op so i still cant have proper sex cos i may pull stitches and now i have thrush….i can;t have sex at all!!! Whooooaaaa!!! 😥

The Thrush should be easy to clear thouh, all pharmacies have ‘Canesten once’ OTC, possibly try with a little of the cream if needed too (Hopefully it will clear in 2-3 days!!). I usually get thrush after antibiotics, but I was spared this time, phew!!!

i had thrush post op too! i don’t want to scare you but i got it one week post op and now i’m over three weeks post op and i’ve had it on and off all this time!! i’ve tried cream, the tablet and even the tablet you put ‘up there’ but i still have it, my GP said it should clear up eventually..i hate it. hope yours goes away soon x

do your best not to drink citric acids, ive suffered with thrush before and i get it when ever i eat too much fruit or drink a lot of fruit juice. it might help? idk, but worth a try! xxx
